Dr. Walter Hoye II, is an advocate for life and founder and president of Issues4Life a foundation whose function is to stop the assault on unborn children by abortion in the black community. He writes a column entitled “Conflict of Interest,” which is a superior academic endeavor bringing consciousness to the issue. Government funded murder mills are decreasing the populations of black communities.
