An “executive order,” that allows the president himself, without the permission of any other official, to shut down communication systems in America for security reasons or in a national emergency, was signed while you were recovering from the watermelon and hamburgers of July 4.

If it could have legitimately been signed on July 4,  it probably would have been, but I understand there was a big  INDEPENDENCE day celebration at the White House. Some independence…
