“Don’t Talk to the Police” by Professor James Duane

The idea that one could be stopped, searched, and/ or questioned by the police is becoming more of a possibility as laws change and the Department of Homeland Security influences even your local police department. Police in Michigan are able to read everything on one’s cell phone and have done so with great resistance from the ACLU. (See “State Police Extract…” story below.)

See this video of Professor James Duane from Regent Law School in Virginia as he explains that even as an innocent one could be in danger of being misunderstood resulting in an errant arrest and worse. This is your legal right as an American citizen.

Courtesy and respect are a priority when addressing those who risk their lives for others, but as Professor Duane will show, we are all human and make mistakes in how we hear things and what we remember. Let your conscience by your guide.

State Police Extract Cell Phone Info in Michigan-ACLU balks

Most conservative thinkers and believers cringe at the thought of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). For the most part, the impression is… they don’t like Christians, families, churches or anyone else who lives by the principles God has set for man- but  in the state of Michigan, they are challenging the use of “CelleBrite UFED.” a device that reads all the information stored on your cell phone.

As mentioned before on this site, your cell phone records, your whereabouts and your comings and goings are no longer your private business. Your phone is tracking you,  your iphone and computer are storing data about where you have been and now, the Michigan state police have a device that will read everything on your phone with a data machine the size of a large calculator.

CelleBriteThe Michigan State Police have a high-tech mobile forensics device that can be used to extract information from cell phones belonging to motorists stopped for minor traffic violations. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Michigan last Wednesday demanded that state officials stop stonewalling freedom of information requests for information on the program.

Observation:

To some, this practice is innocuous if criminal activity is not an issue. However, the device was used during a traffic stop. Are you a Jew? A Christian? Do you feel safe because of what you believe?

Our world is changing rapidly. The United Nations, is working toward a one-world government. The Federal Reserve (which isn’t federal) is about to break the dollar intentionally. Tony Blair wants you to tolerate all religions and go- along to get- along in a one -world religious system with the help of Rick Warren’s three-legged stool approach that includes tolerance (acceptance) of world faiths, and church involvement in business and economies. Look at the signs of the times.  Devoted Christians and Jews will not fit into this  global change, if they keep their faith.

Hitler destroyed the Jews in Germany with the cooperation of the Church.  He identified them and murdered them via recording and controlling their every move, until he finally annihilated masses of men women and children mercilessly.

Think. Does history repeat itself?
